Hi, my name is Brooklyn! I am an AWWS certified birth doula and a mom of three that lives in Springfield, Ohio. I love coffee, flowers, reading, traveling, and talking all things birth! I am a Christ-centered doula located in Dayton, OH offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to mothers and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to educate, empower, and encourage women to have a positive birth experience that aligns with their goals and wishes. As a doula, I am committed to providing evidence-based information and loving support to help mothers make informed decisions about their care. I cannot wait to start this journey with you!

As your doula, I will provide you with:
During our 2-3 prenatal visits, we will get to know each other and discuss your birth preferences. We will create a birth plan that reflects your values and wishes, and I will provide you with evidence-based information to help you and your birthing partner make informed decisions about your care. Additionally, I will be available through call and text for support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey!
As your birth doula, I will provide emotional and physical support during labor and delivery. I will help you cope with pain, provide comfort measures, and advocate for your wishes and needs. I will also work with your birth team to ensure a positive and respectful birth experience. In short, I am there to help you achieve your birth goals as best as possible!
After your baby is born, I will provide you with a postpartum visit to check in on you and your baby, answer any questions you may have, and help you with whatever other resources you may need at the time (breastfeeding support, etc). Support is so important after birth, too!

One hour-long in-home visit that could be used for:
-Providing you with resources for support groups, lactation support, etc.
-Chatting about how your birth went and how you are doing postpartum.
-Holding your baby while you take a shower, drink coffee, or just take a break!
Postpartum
Birth Doula Services include:
Labor and delivery support (this support is personalized per each couple and will be prior discussed at the prenatal visits)
Postpartum support for up to 1.5 hours after birth to help you and your birth partner settle in with your new addition

2-3 Personalized Prenatal Visits where we will get to know each other and talk about all you desire in a birth! I will provide any evidence-based research or resources you desire so we can form your perfect birth plan
Text support whenever you need! I understand how important support is during pregnancy and postpartum, and I'd love to be open for any questions or support you need from time of contract to 6 weeks postpartum.
